Spiravel a été fondée en 2024 par Anthony Cutrera (DILMUN SARL, RCS Versailles 931 218 986) avec une mission claire : supprimer les intermédiaires entre vignerons et amateurs de vin.
La plateforme référence aujourd'hui 6 727 domaines producteurs indépendants en France et en Europe — vignerons, brasseurs et distillateurs qui vendent directement, sans négociant.
