Is registration free?+
Yes. Opening a Spiravel Pro account is entirely free. You only pay for your orders.
What documents are needed to create a Pro account?+
To create a Spiravel Pro account, you need to provide your company registration number, a director's ID and, if applicable, an intra-community VAT certificate. Your application is reviewed by our team within 24 to 48 business hours.
What is the Spiravel commission for B2B purchases?+
Spiravel applies a flat 6% commission (excl. VAT) on all sales, both B2C and B2B, compared to 25 to 40% charged by traditional wine merchants and distributors. Prices are displayed before tax with recoverable VAT.
What are the payment terms for professionals?+
Professional buyers benefit from deferred payment conditions. The delay is set during Pro account validation based on your profile and order volumes.
