- Book your visits several weeks in advance for the most popular estates
- Ideal period : October (grape harvest) or April-May (relative calm)
- The Route des Grands Crus links Dijon to Santenay in 60 km - ideal for cycling
- The Hôtel-Dieu de Beaune and its auctions (November) are not to be missed
